Aniruddha Joshi is a seasoned technology executive and business leader with more than 39 years of experience in enterprise technology, strategic alliances, client engagement, sales leadership, and market development. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, he has built a career around developing enduring customer relationships, creating technology-led business solutions, and bringing together clients, domain specialists, and strategic partners to address complex industry challenges.

At HCLTech, Aniruddha has held several senior leadership responsibilities, including Global Client Partner, Customer Advocacy Head and Regional Director, and leadership of strategic alliances for the Life Sciences and Healthcare business across the Americas. His work has involved collaborating with technology companies and independent software vendors to create differentiated solutions for pharmaceutical, healthcare, payer, provider, and patient ecosystems. His areas of engagement have included digital transformation, analytics, cloud platforms, IoT, information management, and emerging enterprise technologies.

Earlier in his career, Aniruddha held leadership positions at HCL Hewlett Packard, Business Link, Redington India, and Hexaware Technologies. At Redington India, he served in vice-presidential roles involving sales and business development during an important period in the growth of India's technology-distribution industry.

One of his most notable achievements was his leadership contribution to HCLTech's Better Health Hackathon, created during the COVID-19 pandemic to crowdsource technology solutions for the life sciences and healthcare sectors. He helped secure Microsoft's participation as a technology partner and supported the successful execution of an initiative that generated hundreds of ideas, achieved extensive global engagement, and earned HCLTech a Guinness World Records title for the world's largest healthcare technology-solutions competition.

Aniruddha holds undergraduate and postgraduate management qualifications from the University of Mumbai and completed an executive co-study program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. His leadership is distinguished by strategic thinking, relationship building, collaborative execution, and an ability to transform ambitious ideas into measurable business and social impact.
