Madan Kulkarni is a Chicago-area entrepreneur, cultural advocate, and community builder. He is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Mosaic Advisory Group, where he focuses on real estate investments, cultural architecture, brand marketing, and new product launches. His career reflects a rare blend of business leadership, creative vision, and public service.

A management graduate with experience spanning media, real estate, consumer marketing, branding ventures, hospitality, and the arts, Madan began his professional journey as a Product Manager for a leading toiletries brand in South Asia. He later served as Managing Editor of a long-running English-language newspaper serving the Indian American community in the United States. Over the years, he has led and advised multiple ventures in residential and commercial real estate development, consumer brand launches, and artistic promotion initiatives featuring celebrated talent from around the world.

For more than three decades, Madan has been a passionate champion of music, literature, fine art, performing arts, and cross-cultural understanding. In 2001, he and his wife, Shebani, founded Dhrishti in Chicago, creating thoughtfully curated cultural experiences that brought together music, performance, visual art, and literature. Through this platform, artists and audiences from diverse backgrounds have been able to connect, learn, and celebrate together.

His commitment to cultural enrichment expanded through hospitality and arts initiatives inspired by a simple belief: that food, music, art, and shared experiences can build bridges between communities. This vision also inspired the establishment of the Dhrishti Foundation in India, which supports and empowers underprivileged children, women, and artists through training and opportunities in Indian classical music, dance, and yoga. Today, the foundation continues its work under the leadership of his family and is headed by his sister.

Madan's commitment to service is deeply personal. Following the loss of their daughter, Meghna, he and Shebani established Mission Meghna in her memory. The nonprofit organization supports underserved children, girls, and women through education, skills training, life coaching, nutritional assistance, wellness programs, and partnerships with local and international charitable organizations.
